Sometimes the building doesn't exist yet — and the marketing has to begin anyway. North House asked us to render a property they had only as drawings, into something a buyer could feel.
Working from floor plans, material samples, and a moodboard, we produced eight interior frames that respected the architect's intent down to the cabinetry pulls.
We then sequenced those frames into a continuous camera move using AI motion interpolation, finishing with sound design that matched the building's intended quietness.
